Ginger Water Recipe

Bring a few thin slices of the fresh ginger root to 1-1.5l (34-50 oz) of plain water and heat over high heat to a boil. Then, let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes, cool and strain the liquid.

How to use ginger water?
